Refund Policy

We want you to love your Vespera. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

30-day returns

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition/packaging.
• To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number.

Return shipping

• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.
• We recommend using tracked shipping for returns — we're not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
