How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 11–18 business days. Every order includes tracking, emailed to you when it ships.

Do you ship outside Canada?
Not yet — we currently ship within Canada only.

How much is shipping?
Free tracked shipping on orders over $45.99 CAD. A flat $2.00 CAD fee applies below that.

Red light therapy mask

How do I use the red light mask?
Use it on clean, dry skin for the session length described in the included guide. It's a beauty device designed to fit into your regular skincare routine.

Is the mask wireless?
Yes — it's rechargeable and completely cordless during use, so you can move around freely.

How do I clean it?
Wipe the inside surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use and let it air dry.

Heatless curlers

How do the heatless curlers work?
Wrap slightly damp hair around the satin rod before bed, secure the ends with the included scrunchies, and sleep on it. Undo in the morning for curls — no heat, no damage.

What hair types does it work on?
It works on most hair types and lengths. Very short hair may not wrap fully around the rod.

LED vanity mirror

Is the mirror rechargeable?
Yes — it charges over USB and works cordlessly, with adjustable LED brightness for makeup application.
